[FIXED] OSD on Monitor 2 ( if no Monitor 2 )

Post by Dejunai » Wed Jun 06, 2007 11:40 am

I'm mid process of rebuilding my HTPC, all goes well, except... ( there is always an except ) when I load the previously developed XML for EG it expects a Monitor 2 for OSD messages... I seems to not be able to tell that at the moment there is no 2nd moniter... and thus results in a bunch of errors at the log level...

Any way to add a check to OSD->to->Specific->Screen that the screen exists before the failure?

no big deal.. :)

Below is a very simple example...

Again, I can fix this no problem by enabling the 2nd monitor...
I just thought it might be something you'd want to look into...

And I neglected ( it was late ) to say just how very much appreciate EventGhost... Thank You!!!

Thanks for your comments.
I have moved this topic to Bug Reports.

Will be fixed in the next beta, I guess. But since I have to finish some other restructuring of the code first, it might take a day or two.

0.3.6.944 should handle this.
