mouse left click does not work

I have tried everything but i cannot seem to make the left mouse button click. Even move absolute has to be done in the beginning of the macro or else it wont move.
I even tried reinstalling which means i think version .22 has a bug. trying version 5 but server is slow so cant download

On Windows 10, head to Settings > Devices > Mouse. Under “Select your primary button,” ensure the option is set to “Left.” On Windows 7, head to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Mouse and ensure “Switch primary and secondary buttons” isn't checked. The ClickLock feature can also cause strange issues.
