[SOLVED] EventGhost Crash

Post by datdude » Wed May 10, 2017 11:05 pm

Hi,

I have used EventGhost for years and it has worked beautifully!

Recently I started experiencing crashes about once a day and cannot figure out why. I tried updating to the latest beta and release candidate, but those actually crashed even more (e.g. adding a macro instantly crashes EG).

I have attached a log report. I'm hoping someone might be able to help.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi,

kgschlosser looked ay my save file and saw that I was auto starting several programs which caused the crash. Instead, he recommended I auto start those programs using the Main.OnInit event. So far, EventGhost has not crashed since.

Thanks!
