Re: Philips Hue plugin

I was wondering if autorepeat macro would overwhelm the bridge :) . I hadn't tried it yet. Configurable stepping is what I'd pictured.

Re: Philips Hue plugin

A pulse at max/min would be good. Having red at both ends of the hue value could be a bit confusing to the end user also. Maybe just have the hue values (0-60000). I was thinking small steps with a autorepeat macro.

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Aquila, This is really becoming a rather stellar plugin. If you have a PayPal address I'd like to make a donation(PM me if you'd prefer). Another suggestion. Add a ramp up/down to the hue value(0-65000), just like the current dim commands. Saturation values would be helpful too. General use would be...

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Your probably right. I did create multiple groups before it started populating the list. Full scene control would be sweet. If your feeling crazy, mood controls or moods that respond to sound(IE: somethhing similar to huemaniac or huedisco on android). & how 'bout a macro to remove unused dev. accou...

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Def. not ideal just a thought that occurred to me. I'll give 2.2 a run here tonight. Everything is working great! There's a little bit a weirdness happening in the dropdown menu within the group commands. Probably because i only have two groups created @ the moment. The only other thing i can think ...

Re: Philips Hue plugin

No rush from me. I actually got toggle working with a little less logic. Pictured example for anyone interested.

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Thanks, that's what i was missing. I wasn't sure how you were getting it to return values from the command. The python command has it returning values now. I meant toggle On/Off. I wasn't sure if it was in the command set. I just remember seeing a toggle command in the tasker plugin autohue. Getstat...

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Yep, working well now. I'm still not getting any returns on the getstatus commands. Everything else is working well. I like the subdivisions you threw in too. Is it possible to send toggle commands to the api?

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Sorry if i was unclear. In 1.0 the getstatus commands were firing fine but just didn't return a value. In 2.0 i tried once again installing as instructed. When i add the plugin i get this message(PhilipsHue is started, and connecting to: 192.168.1.79). Followed by a slew of errors pictured in the at...

Re: Philips Hue plugin

Thanks for doing this. I was just about to start writing REST commands. This saves me a good amount of time. A couple of questions. Is 2.0 broken for anyone else? I tried reinstalling various versions of EG to no avail. It seems like it's kicking back on the username. Reverting back to 1.0, on build...
