Re: RFXtrx
Hey there. My rfxtrx arrived and i can confirm that your plugin works perfectly with my lightwave switches. The IDs can just be selected, i picked 01 01 01 and unit 1 (inventive eh?!) and i was able to teach the switch using the 'on' command as described in the instructions for the switch. Set level...

Re: RFXtrx
ok thanks.
Yes, i got instructions with them but they don't go into pairing with rfxtrx, just with the lightwave brand handheld remotes.
Just waiting for my rfxtrx to arrive and i will test it out and let post back. Hopefully it will arrive today or tomorrow.

Re: RFXtrx
Thanks for this plugin! I want to use it with some lightwaverf lightswitches. When i create a siemens/lightwave action it has a section for IDs where it says "Select the proper ID selections" and has 4 drop down selectors. Should i just be able to make these selections up and then teach to my lights...

Re: Eventghost constantly crashing without errors
Hi, I am also experiencing this issue, but only in the last 2 days since i reinstalled Windows 7 home premium). I notice that when EG starts there are 2 EventGhost.exe processes. Is this normal? One seems to use no CPU and abotu 5mb memory and the 2nd uses a little cpu initially before settling down...

Re: eventghost response to external app

eventghost response to external app
sorry, the title doesn't really explain what i mean very well. I'm wondering if its possible to get eventghost to return values to an external calling program/webpage. So i can store the status of various things inside EG and view them externally. Say for instance i set a global variable in a python...

Re: Have I found the right application?
Using the "enable exclusive" plugin thinger you can have eventghost enable/disable certain parts of its configuration tree depending on which window is active. So, for example (as clearly that above sentence is RUBBISH), when MP is the active window eventghost could enable the controls/keyboard mapp...

Trigger event immediately
Hi all. This might be a really dumb question but i can't find the answer to it. I'm writing a python script that will loop trying a certain action for 30s. Every 10 seconds or so i want to trigger an event. Here is some basic code as its probably easier to understand while os.path.exists(eg.globals....

Detect drive idle time
First off, Eventghost is brilliant. Its made my computing life so much better! I don't know if this is already possible (haven't found any way searching) but is it possible to detect how long a USB hard drive has been idle for and trigger an event based on this? My ultimate goal would be so that i c...
